Do you have local delivery or pickup?

We only offer local deliveries on Wednesday's - Friday's. You can also catch us in person at the markets we vend at. To find our upcoming events please check out our Events Page or our Instagram, @sweetspoonbake.
Are all your products vegan?

Yes, we are a 100% vegan bakery!
Are there any major allergens in your cakes?

We are free from major allergens excluding wheat, but we offer gluten free options. Please check out our Dessert jar's page for more details of each jar's ingredients.
Do you offer gluten free options?

We finally have gluten free cake jars! All GF options will have "Gluten Free" in front of the name. It's important to note that we do our very best to minimize cross contamination, but cannot guarantee it. We have separate utensils, mixers, and baking pans for gluten free products.
How are cakes shipped?

Your cakes will be shipped with ice packs and will be ready for your enjoyment once they arrive. If you don't plan on consuming right away please refrigerate. Treats can be enjoyed for up to 2 weeks after received and are best consumed at room temperature. Please ensure you input the correct address. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to an incorrect address. If you need an order by a certain time we recommend placing your order 2 weeks in advance.
How long will it take to get my goodies?

Orders will be completed in 3-5 business days. Once shipped it'll take another 2-3 business days based on your location. The closer you are to Charlotte, NC the quicker they'll be delivered. Sometimes we will expedite your order at no charge to you to ensure it arrives in good time.
Summer Shipping?

During the summer we limit shipping to NC, SC, and parts of VA where we can ensure your order arrives in one business day to prevent issues with your order. Typical based on the temperature, but generally May to October is when we limit shipping. We open back up nationwide shipping in the Fall.
When are items shipped?

Items are shipped on Monday - Thursday depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or delays due to weather or shipping companies.
Can I ship to PO Box?

To ensure product freshness, please don't ship to P.O. boxes.
